Questions about pricing
What if my space does not fit any package?
If it is over 2,000 m², needs recurring cleaning or has special conditions (cold stores, clean rooms, recent building work), we visit the space and send you a custom quote.
Can the price change after booking?
No. The package price is fixed as long as the floor area and the condition of the space match what you told us in the request. If we see something different at the site visit, we tell you before starting.
Do prices include VAT?
No. 21% Spanish VAT (IVA) is added to all packages and shown separately on the invoice.
How do I book?
Send the request with the package and your preferred date. We reply within one working day confirming availability and payment terms.
Do you work outside Barcelona?
Packages cover the Barcelona metropolitan area. For the rest of Catalonia, ask for a quote: travel is itemised separately.
