Purpose
These terms govern the use of this website and the contracting of the cleaning services for industrial warehouses, offices and event venues offered on it. The services are aimed at businesses and professionals.
Prices and quotes
Published prices are fixed prices for one complete clean within the Barcelona metropolitan area, up to the floor area stated for each package. They exclude VAT (IVA), which is added at the rate in force. Published extras are invoiced according to the actual floor area or conditions of the job.
The fixed price holds as long as the floor area, type of space and its condition match what was stated in the request. If the site visit reveals significant differences, we will tell you before starting work and you may accept the new price or cancel at no cost.
Spaces over 2,000 m², recurring services and jobs with special conditions are quoted individually. Quotes are valid for the period stated in them.
Booking and confirmation
Submitting the form is a request and does not constitute a contract. The contract is formed when we send you written confirmation with the date, scope of work, price and payment terms, and you accept it.
Payment
The payment method and deadlines are those stated in the booking confirmation or the accepted quote. We issue an invoice for every service.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change the date or cancel, let us know in writing as soon as possible. Notice periods, amounts and how refunds are made are set out in our cancellation and refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
Client obligations
To provide access to the space on the agreed date and time, along with water and electricity; to inform us of site-specific hazards (operating machinery, stored products, restricted areas); and to remove or protect valuable or particularly fragile items.
Delivery and review
When we finish, we go through the job checklist with you or the person you designate. Any issue should be raised at that review or as soon as possible so that we can put it right.
Liability
We are liable for damage directly caused by our staff while providing the service, as provided by law. We are not liable for damage arising from incorrect or omitted information about the space, or from pre-existing defects in floors, surfaces or installations.
We try to keep the information on this website correct and up to date, but it may contain errors. Photographs are illustrative.
Intellectual property
The text, design and code of this website belong to its owner or are used under licence. They may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona, unless the applicable rules provide otherwise. The Spanish version of these terms prevails.
