Costa Limpieza Industrial is the trading name under which Antonio Costa SL provides its services at costalimpieza.com.

What data we process

The data you give us when you send the form, email us or call us: name, company, email, phone, details of the space (type, floor area, preferred date) and the content of your message.

We do not ask for special categories of data. This website does not build profiles or make automated decisions.

What we use it for

To reply to your request, prepare quotes, manage bookings and deliver the contracted service, and to meet our accounting and tax obligations (invoicing).

We will not send you marketing communications unless you expressly ask us to.

Legal basis

Taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); your consent when submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a)); and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to a contract are deleted within 12 months at most. Client data is kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the periods required by Spanish commercial and tax law (up to 6 years).

Who receives it

We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. Our web hosting, email and tax advisory providers may access it as processors, under contract.

If any of those providers is located outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is made with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@costalimpieza.com and stating which right you wish to exercise.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its update date.
